Interim marketing manager engaged to supplement skills in existing team and support the CEO in creating a new business and marketing strategy for sign-off by the board. Scoped and project managed an upgrade to the website.

A defined project – brand strategy. An accounting partnership sought expert advice on their brand – its connection to clients, partners and staff, and its future appeal and promise to new clients. Client and staff listening was undertaken, together with a competitor analysis. From this a revised brand story, core values, brand promise was developed. A more modernised visual brand was also created across documents, client and corporate communications, digital, signage and more.
