Added to this is a diversity of industry experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>I am known for ensuring transparency and accountability in leadership, culture, and boardroom behaviour and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Past boards I have worked with are SHINE For Kids, Central Innovation, Tennis NSW, Trish MS Research Foundation, and the Northern Suburbs Tennis Association. Challenging issues I have led to resolution include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Constitutional change<\/li>\n<li>CEO recruitment<\/li>\n<li>New revenue streams<\/li>\n<li>Board structure, composition and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Board behaviour and training<\/li>\n<li>Introduction of whistleblower policy, support and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Governance: updating of policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Funder relations<\/li>\n<li>Brand and reputation<\/li>\n<li>Financial viability and sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I also contribute to the Lane Cove Tennis Club as Secretary, reflecting my love for the game.<\/p>\n<p>I choose board and committee positions very carefully. The people and the organisation\u2019s purpose and values need to fit with me.
